Refund policy

  • At Insta Archis, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products. However, in the case of a damaged or defective product, we offer an exchange. To claim an exchange, you must:
  • Provide a full video of unpacking as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival.
  • Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.
