Will I get a preview before the final product is made?

Yes! We share a preview on WhatsApp before finalising. If you'd like any placement changes, just let us know and we'll adjust it for you!
How long does delivery take?

🇮🇳 Pan India — 8-10 business days (standard) or 5-7 business days (express)

⚡ Delhi & NCR — 24-48 hours delivery at additional charges

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we'll send your tracking details on both WhatsApp and email — so you're always in the loop! 📦
Are my images and personal details safe with you?

Absolutely! We respect your privacy completely. All images are permanently deleted once your order is delivered. 🔒
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, net banking, credit card and debit card. Please note — Cash on Delivery is not available as all our products are fully customised.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping along with a customised postcard. Simply select it before checking out! 🎁
How are fragile products shipped?

All delicate products are packed in thermocol and shipped in sturdy rigid boxes for maximum protection. In the rare case something arrives broken, share a 360° unboxing video and we'll send a replacement right away!
Can I cancel my order?

Since every product is made specifically for you, cancellations are not possible once payment is done. However for damaged products, share a 360° unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately!
